1. Technical description:
1.1 Flow lines:

1.2.1 Application:GA310 serial sizing machine is used for the warp of pure cotton, polyester cotton and staple fabric of chemical fiber blends with wide breadth, which has all kinds of number in 6S~120S; and pre-wetting process for the warp of pure cotton 6S-40S with total warp ends of 3000-12000.

1.3.1 Warp beam creel
1.3.1.1 Type: Wheel support
Working width: 2000mm; Max. dia. Of warp beam: Φ1000mm
1.3.1.2 Number of warp beam 20 (not including beam), 4 beams per unit, vertical placement , Footplate between two units for operating.
1.3.1.3 One piece of warp per sizing box, controlled by unwinding tension control system and displayed and set on the OP screen for constant tension, which is simple and precise
1.3.1.4 Chain friction pieces brake
1.3.1.5 Beam To Beam device: Pneumatically controlled and Chain friction pieces brake, and constant unwinding control. Working width: 2000mm; Max. dia. Of warp beam: Φ1000mm
1.3.2 Sizing box
1.3.2.1 Double immersion and double squeezing. Two sizing boxes fall down horizontally. The construction of sizing box is completely same. Two pieces of warp separately pass through delivery roller, immersion roller, a sizing roller with lower pressure, a squeezing roller, a sizing roller with high pressure and a squeezing roller, then vertically enter into cylinder drying chamber
1.3.2.2 Synchronous pneumatic squeezing in both side, high pressure varies linearly with machine speed
1.3.2.3 Pressure: No.2 squeezing roller: 0-40KN,pressure varies linearly with machine speed. No.1 squeezing roller:0-10KN,set steplessly.
1.3.2.4 Two AC motor per sizing box for controlling the tension and elongation of the wet area.
1.3.2.5 Two pieces of warp are divided naturally from sizing box to predrying . One yarn delivery device per sizing box and delivery roller is made of rubber,.Sizing roller covered with Stainless Steel.
1.3.2.6 Frame is composed of steel sheet. Both inner layer and outer layer of the body is made of stainless steel.
1.3.2.7 The size in each sizing box is circulated by a circulation pump to meet preheating box and sizing box.The level height of the preheating box is controlled by the Float level controller.
1.3.2.8 Sizing size in the sizing box is directly heated, whose max. temperature is 100ºC. Temperature auto-control system for each sizing box. The size tube and steam tube in the sizing box are made of stainless steel .The size flows into filter then the preheating box in the form of waterfall by a level plate to keep it evenly flowing without stopping or dead angle to remove the impurities and avoid forming peel. Therefore, this kind of sizing box can meet the sizing technological requirements well.
1.3.2.9 The sizing roller shaft is sealed with high-pressure air ,packing ring ,and sealed bearing.
1.3.2.10 There is two wet split rods between each sizing box and drying chamber. Cool water flows through the wet split rod ,which speed varies with the machine speed .
1.3.2.11 Sizing roller and delivery roller is separately driven by inverter motor
1.3.2.12 Temperature is controlled precisely with PID, setting in the OP screen, PLC, proportional valve, and membrance valve.
1.3.3 Drying chamber
1.3.3.1 Structure: Drying chamber is composed of 12 drying cylinders of stainless steel with Φ800mm., which max. working pressure 0. 5Mpa.
1.3.3.2 Placement: horizontal, 10 predrying cylinders with teflon coating
1.3.3.3 The predrying drive is of half-positive drive with two rows of chain to bring toothless wheel with two inverter motor. The combined drying drive is of positive drive by chain and chain wheel with a inverter motor.
1.3.3.4 Temperature control: Groups of temperature auto-control system for predrying chamber and drying chamber
1.3.3.5 Not supply Inclined-top steam hood and No. 6 axial flow fans(Supply by user).
1.3.3.6 Each group of predrying cylinders has two temperature control point ,and the combined drying cylinders have one .Temperature is controlled precisely with PID, setting in the OP screen, PLC, proportional valve, and membrance valve

Single-side waxing device. Number of the main and small split rods according to the number of the warp beam creels.
1.3.5 Headstock
1.3.5.1 Dragging and winding driven by two AC motors. The max. winding tension 7KN.

1.3.5.2 The weaving beam can be winded in turn and reversely, which meets the requirement of double-beam shuttleless loom with wide width
1.3.5.3 All are adopted with pneumatic control, such as weaving beam pressurization, braking, lifting & doffing weaving beam, tension roller tension, measuring roller lift ,zigzag lift and so on.
1.3.5.4 Length scale(cm)
1.3.5.5 Zigzag reed jiggles left or right, up or down. Lift is adopted with pneumatic control. The body is made of aluminium alloy and sealed totally.
1.3.5.6 Printing spray device. Length measurement and marking device
1.3.5.7 Dragging roller coated with rubber and weaving beam winding is separately driven by inverter motor.
1.3.5.8 SIEMENS human machine interface, in English
1.3.5.9 Moisture regain can be automatically checked and controlled.
1.3.6 Electrical control
1.3.6.1 With 9-unit inverter to drive individually. Parameters are checked and controlled timely by PLC and upper working station.
1.3.6.2 Colorful human machine interface. This computer can control both each unit in-phase according to the set elongation and each technological parameter in sizing course, including temperature PID control, pressure linear control, moisture regain control, Feed-in and wet area elongation auto-control, dry area elongation and tension auto-control , winding and unwinding constant tension control.
1.3.6.3 Have the function of storage and memory for each technological parameters ,management date, .and working state curve, and displaying the troubles .
