JWF1312B is based on the FA326 series and JWF1312 series to upgrade the new model. It is designed with new appearance, high speed, intelligence and stability. It has obvious advantages over the imported similar equipment in terms of cost performance. It has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign customers, the market utilization rate is high, and has completely replaced the JWF1312 series draw frame.

JWF1312B adopts open-loop autolevelling control mode and is standard equipped with UQA autolevelling control system of uster, Switzerland, to realize the autolevelling function of short segments and improve the weight unevenness and sliver CV%, and the autolevelling range is ±25%. NAS uniform system jointly developed with Germany can also be selected.

• UQA system is an upgraded version of USG system provided by uster, Switzerland. As an OEM customer of uster, our UQA system is the first autolevelling system in China that adopts digital communication, which is more stable than analog communication system with strong anti-interference ability.

The autolevelling actuator with high machining accuracy provides a powerful guarantee for the work of the autolevelling system. We set up a precisionmachining high standard workshop for autolevelling differential mechanism, feeding detecting and the output detecting institutions, the workshop closed environment management and technology level in accordance with the enterprise standard two levels higher than normal workshop, main purpose is to improve company high-speed problemsof differential mechanismand detection precisionproblemsof the detection box to ensure that the draw frame expression system stability and precision, at the same time, on the basis of precision workshop for improving the company level of processing.
Detection box: improve the processing accuracy of T&G rollers to improve the detection accuracy of feeding cotton sliver, feed the true change of the thickness of the cotton sliver back to the autolevelling system, and solve the problems such as poor interchangeability of T&G rollers.Through the establishment of precision machining workshop, the assembly precision is improved, and the swing arm of the detection box realizes swung without resistance, so as to improve the response frequency of the swing arm of the detection box.

Differential box: also through the establishment of precision machining workshop to improve the machining and assembly accuracy of parts, to provide a powerful support for the high-speed autolevelling drawing machine.

The shell of differential box is replaced with aluminum shell to improve the heat dissipation capacity.Through the improvement of the above two, thedifferentialboxtemperature rise is reduced by 20 degrees inthecaseof500m/min.

The on-line inspection system can track the quality of strips in real time, and carry out quality inspection on CV%, A%, thickness, spectrogram, etc., which reduces the workload of quality inspection on slivers in the laboratory.With the use of roller monitoring, the quality of drawn sliver can be double protected, more safe and reliable.
